Terms of Service

DartState is a darts training web app operated by an independent developer based in Finland. You can reach us at hello@dartstate.com.

DartState lets you track darts scores, progress through levels, compete in weekly leagues, and earn achievements. The service is currently free to use. We may change or remove features at any time.

Weekly leaderboards may include practice opponents to keep competition active while the community grows. Your XP, streak, and level progression are always based on your own play.

You need an email and password to use DartState. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account with other people. One account per person.

Do not use DartState to:

• submit scores you did not actually throw, or otherwise cheat
• harass other users
• attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service
• impersonate another person

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

You own the scores, display name, and avatar choice you put into DartState. You grant us the limited right to store and display them so the app can work (for example, showing your name on a leaderboard).

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it will be bug-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We are not liable for lost scores, missed streaks, or any indirect damages.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will show a notice in the app or email you. Continuing to use DartState after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute will be handled by the Finnish courts, unless EU consumer law gives you the right to a court in your own country.
